Our story
A Punjabi kitchen, brought to North Carolina
The Singh family spent a decade cooking in restaurant kitchens before opening their own in October 2025. They chose the former Bistro 130 space downtown because Henderson had never had an Indian restaurant of its own. Every gravy still starts the way it did at home: onion, ginger, garlic and whole spice, bloomed in hot ghee.
