What to expect
A different table every day
The buffet is how most of Henderson met us. It is also the easiest way to try Punjabi food for the first time: take a small spoon of everything, find what you love, then order it properly for dinner. The lineup shifts with the season and with whatever the kitchen is excited about that morning, so regulars rarely eat the same plate twice.
Vegetarians are never an afterthought here. There are always at least three meatless mains on the line, plus rice, bread, salad and chutneys.

Rotating curries
Chicken tikka masala, chana masala, aloo gobi, chicken curry, mixed vegetable korma.
From the tandoor
Tandoori chicken, chicken tikka or paneer tikka, carried out hot through lunch.
Vegetarian corner
Saag paneer, bhindi masala, chana or rajma, plus jeera rice and pakora.
Sweet finish
Gulab jamun or rice kheer, with masala chai if you need one for the afternoon.
